By using Swoopix, you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose: the parts that matter are what happens when you delete something, and how subscriptions are billed.

1. Use of the app

Swoopix is a photo library cleanup tool. You are responsible for reviewing your choices before confirming deletion or making changes to your photo library.

2. Photo deletion

Swoopix stages photos for review, but the final deletion is carried out through Apple's Photos system confirmation. Deleted items go to Recently Deleted, where iOS keeps them for 30 days before removing them permanently.

Review selected items carefully before confirming. Once Recently Deleted is emptied — by you or by iOS after 30 days — the removal is permanent and Swoopix cannot recover it.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

Swoopix Pro purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Billing, cancellation, refunds, and account management are governed by Apple's App Store terms. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in iOS Settings under your Apple Account.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Where a free trial is offered, cancelling before the trial ends means you are not charged. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by Swoopix.

4. No warranty

Swoopix is provided as is. We work to make the app reliable, but we do not guarantee that every analysis result, duplicate suggestion, quality score, or storage estimate will be correct. Automated suggestions are aids to your judgement, not substitutes for it — you decide what gets deleted.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swoopix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including deletion resulting from actions you confirmed.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. Continued use of Swoopix after an update means you accept the updated terms.
